If you are already registered,
click on "login" and modify your payment type to "credit card", then
click on "update". Otherwise, upon registration it's
straightforward.
When necessary and under demand, registered Participants will receive an invitation letter for their visa application, sent by the Organizing Committee.
Very Important
The online payment is for one person even when you choose a double room. The person sharing the room must register and pay separately. In case it does not participate in the congress, he will have to choose the option "accompanying" for not paying the registration fee.

Conference Fees
Registration includes the transfer from airport to Hotel. Two nights in a 5* Hotel (fullboard in double room for students and in single room for academic), conference pack, coffee breaks, lunches, social events (excursion + conference dinner), and a hard copy of the proceedings.
Early-registration deadline: March 31, 2014.
If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will need to register at the higher rate. All advance registration payments are to be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). All fees are quoted in euros. Refunds are not possible.

A certification of your student status is required in order to validate student registrations.
Housing Arrangements
The local organizing committee has made special arrangements with the Hotel El Mouradi in Hammamet. In order to obtain the special conference rates, it is important that you not use the online booking system, but make your reservation on the Picof 2014 conference registration system witch will be opened on January, 1, 2014.
Any additional nights in Mouradi Hotel, Hammamet will be charged in the following way:
Price for one person in a Standard double room with full board (per person) 35 € Price for one person in a single room with full board 45 €.
