To register for the conference, you have to click on the Register button above, fill in the form and click the Submit button. This will enter you into the conference's registration database: if you pay by credit card and the transaction is completed successfully online, your registration will be confirmed in the database. If you are already registered you have to click on the Login button, and you can modify your information. Fields labeled with a star must be filled in. If you select "credit card" as your payment type, you will later be given space to fill in the necessary information. If you choose to pay by check or LPO, or if your online credit card transaction is not successful, you will be registered but unconfirmed until payment is processed.

Conference Fees

The fees include the Bus service from Tunis-Carthage Airport to Hotel El Mouradi Gammarth, coffee breaks and lunches (5 days), excursion and Gala diner.
Early-registration deadline: April 30, 2013 extended to May 6, 2013
If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will need to register at the higher rate. All advance registration payments are to be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). All fees are quoted in euros. Refunds are not possible.

A certification of your student status is required in order to validate student registrations. If you wish to register as a companion to a conference attendee, you can do so for 50 €. For this fee, you will have receive a nametag, access to the Gala diner and excursion.

 

Housing Arrangements

The local organizing committee has made special arrangements with the Hotel El Mouradi in Gammarth. In order to obtain the special conference rates, it is important that you not use the online booking system, but make your reservation on the Waves 2013 conference registration system, before May 6, 2013. If you mention that you book a room, the payment of the conference fees will be considered as a confirmation for the hotel.

Price for one person in a Standard double room with half board (per person) 46 €
Price for one person in a Standard double room used as a single room with half board 60 €.
